With experience at start-ups and at top Minneapolis agencies, Natalie has extensive experience serving an array of unique clients in varying businesses, including consumer packaged goods, banking, healthcare, lifestyle brands and even TV personalities. Natalie takes her time to understand her client’s needs and provides a thoughtful approach to solving problems. Katy Thieman, Co-founder & Recruiter
Katy started her career with a creative internship at BBDO London. While she gained much appreciation of and insight into the creative process, it was on the account side where she found her stride. Building relationships and growing businesses have always been a passion of hers. For over a decade, Katy used this passion to build a successful career leading accounts at several of Minneapolis' top advertising agencies and brand side at major retailers. Katy takes great pride in supporting individuals during career changes and empowering young talent. Being an advocate and a listening ear for her client partners is fundamental to the building of Katy’s long-standing relationships.
